- for our business activities relating to the GoalsFirst Products, such as investor relations, discussions with the applicable GoalsFirst Product’s service providers and counterparties, decision-making in relation to the applicable GoalsFirst Product, and business strategy, development and marketing;

- for assessing and processing applications for interests in the GoalsFirst Products and other interest dealings, including performing know-your-client procedures, issuing and withdrawing interests, receiving payments from and making payments to the applicant, calculating net asset value, and overseeing these processes;
